Seniors: Roadmap to Graduation

Senior year can be intimidating to seniors and most especially parents. Your child is starting their last school year before they become adults! We hope to make that process a bit smoother by providing resources and a roadmap of dates with all the "to-do's" that crop up during Senior year. If you have any questions please contact the school for more information.

Senior Handbook

To help you through this process the link above is to a working document for this school year's seniors. Our Counselor will provide helpful information as your senior starts making plans for their future.

Calendar of Important Deadlines

The above is quick list of important dates and deadlines to remember during the school year.

Senior Class Photo at the Sign

The senior class at Albemarle School have traditionally had their senior class photo taken at the school sign. This is a past-time that has existed for several decades at Albemarle School. Please be at school on time and wearing something appropriate for your senior class photo.

Senior Recognition Ad

The Equestrian Yearbook staff sells advertisement pages during the months of August through October. As a courtesy the Yearbook Advisor will hold pages to senior parents until September 30th; but order early to help the yearbook staff with planning and coordinating their ad sales. This is a special time for your SENIOR and many parents/grandparents/other relatives/special friends wish to honor their Senior with a special page(s) of memories. You can do that at this time.

Below you will find a link to the order form and price sheet. You can personalize your page(s) with pictures, poems, quotes, etc.  We prefer to receive pictures so that we can scan them at a higher picture quality.

(Emailed photos are not always in a high enough resolution.)

Your pictures will be scanned and returned to you; however, we will need them by October  1st

This will allow us time to scan the pictures, design the page(s) and allow you an opportunity to approve the look and design of your page(s).  If you do not want your Senior to know of the page(s) and/or picture choice, you will need to note this on the form or you may also wish to bring the pictures by personally and talk with Joy Banks, the yearbook advisor. Questions/concerns/specifications can be taken care of by calling the school and talking to Joy Banks at 338-0883.

**   Please know that you do not have to pay upfront.  The final payment is not due until February  1, 2023.  If you want to purchase a page(s) for your Senior, you do need to order by Friday, September 12th so that your ad page(s) can be reserved. (Again, pictures are due by October 1st.)
