K- 12 Tuition Rates
Fees for 2022-23 School Year
Early enrollment for the 2022-23 school year will begin March15, 2022. We will open up enrollment to the public on April 12, 2022. Enrollment for your currently enrolled child will take place through the Family Portal. Starting March 15th, you will notice a tab on the left that will be labeled "Apply/Enroll." All enrollment will be sone through the portal. Please contact the office if you have any questions about the process.
All current accounts must be up to date (including PPP hours) in order to register for the new school year.
All payments for the 2022-23 school year will be made online through FACTS online billing management system.
Returning Students: $25
New Students: $50
Tuition Payment Options:
Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month, beginning August 1, 2022 and continuing through May 1, 2023. In the event that any payment is more than ten (10) days past due, a $20.00 late fee will be added.
Albemarle School reserves the right to unenroll any student if his/her account becomes more than three (3) months past due.
If tuition is paid in full, you will receive an additional $300 off per child if paid by August 1.
There is a multi-child discount for K-12 starting with the third child, and those financial arrangements can be made with the Finance Officer. The 1st and 2nd child will be regular price and the youngest child will receive a $500.00 reduction.
For Opportunity Scholarship parents: The $500 discount for the 3rd child is absorbed by the state; therefore, the parent does not benefit. Opportunity Scholarship will not get the $300 discount for paying in full because Albemarle School does not get paid in full from NCSEAA.

REGISTRATION FEES - used for services associated to prepare and maintain academic or other records
The registration fee of is NOT REFUNDABLE except in the case of military or job transfers BEFORE October 1st, 2022. However, if we cannot accept the student due to class size restrictions, the registration fee will be refunded.
When considering new applicants, and providing the applicant meets qualification standards appropriate for each grade level, priority is given to children who have brothers or sisters already enrolled in Albemarle School. Priority may also be given to children whose parents graduated from the school and previous school families returning to the community.
Albemarle School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
Registration fees are as follows:
June and later: $450
* Your child is not officially enrolled until the enrollment packet has been completed through the family portal and the Registration Fee has been paid. Albemarle School reserves the right to dis-enroll for the 2022-23 school year if all 2021-22 fees are not paid.

Preschool Tuition Rates
Weekly Tuition Fee: $140.00 Flat Rate
No early drop off fee. Hours the same.
Annual Enrollment & Materials Fee: $100.00
Payments: Weekly payments with the first payment being due on the first day of attendance. Each payment thereafter is due on the first day of the week until the child is withdrawn by submitting a two-week written notice of withdrawal or the school session ends. Monthly payments are also acceptable and should be made at the beginning of each month.
Payments not received by Friday of that week will be assessed a $20.00 late fee for EACH week the payment is late.
Accounts past due over 3 weeks will be subject to dismissal. Re-enrollment only if space is available and all financial obligations have been met. Accounts in default of payment are subject to collection action.
